this is just a list really of potential targets that we could attempt to colonize and more than likely terraform so please add to the list if you think I missed any, and please only REAL places, Alderan and Vulcan don't count. this list will be updated on an ongoing basis and I will try to do my best to be accurate updating information as needed.
