Mind/Reality Temperature Control

Post by Spooky_Zalost on Fri Jan 07, 2011 9:38 pm

ok so I just wanted to talk about something that after my sister (newbie) was able to do it, I consider beginner or close to beginner.

It's very simple really, I even did controlled experiments with a digital thermometer to be sure I wasn't imagining it.

ok so it's very simple, and depending on weather you keep the energy in or let it out you can control your own body temp as well as the local temp of the room or area your in.

all you have to do is picture your self some place cold (I use an ice cave) or some place hot (I use a desert) let the image become clear in your mind, don't think about anything else.

for cold... listen and focus on the cracking of the ice in the mental image... you are projecting that ice around you..

For hot... let your mind wander, feel the heat of the desert wind, hear the light breeze.

after a short while I noticed that the temp went up or down 10*F depending on which image i used.

I wish you luck in your efforts!
