hello there...

its recommended that one become skilled with their ability to be come lucid before trying the
murky water of astral projection.. there is much in common between lucidity and OBE's..
The techniques and methods to perform either share many similarities.. but of course there are
also a few differences.. but to be sure once the art of becoming lucid in one;s own dreams become
second nature.., Obes become much easier to master..
