Warning: this can be dangerous if you are not ready, it causes your entire body to fill with energy, much like adrenaline, but it also carries some serious draw backs, it causes your heart & muscles to work harder and it also comes with a recuperation period which can leave you open if you are under attack. so use this wisely

ok so to start off with you must focus your mind, you need to focus on that inner flame, that energy within you, and you need to bring it to the surface, let the energy grow as you start to feel your body fell more energetic and stronger you know it's working, if it helps yell to the heavens as your energy grows even stronger.

however the end result is fairly obvious, you will be (for a short time) stronger, faster, and generally more powerful... however it takes time and practice to keep this state up for any extended period of time... I have no idea how this works only that it does.

keep that in mind when doing this as I have no idea how it will affect others or how if at all it has effected me.

I have done this also.
And it works for me well
I see no reason why this can not work for others too.
Leo, is right on the money with this post.
This can lead to other interesting areas once you practice
this energy increase and control for awhile.
