ok- The 3rd class were locked behind gates during the sinking- However at the british inquiry it states that there was no discrimination- A 3rd class steward- Hart- stated that there was- He said that after the collision the gates that seperated 3rd class were locked. However the women eventually made there way to the boats- However this was after 1 hour- The most direct route to the "first class boats" as some called them was a 15 minute long maze. Then Hart took another 15 minute trip to return for the next group- By the time he returned there was no time for the 3rd group and he was sent off in that boat.

So how was there no discrimination? To be honest there is no way that there wasn't.

excuses for more 3rd class dying-

1. Wouldn't part with luggage- I'm sure they would to save themselves
2. Didn't speak english- The fact is over half of 3rd class were British and Irish and so they spoke english
3. Boats were for 1st and 2nd class- wrong- They were for everyone

and 1 final note- There was enough room in the boats to save all the 3rd class women and clidren.

thanks for your continued historical research into the unfortunate events
