Astral Reality Spinning/Weaving

Hello I am Leo, and I am here to bring you a new kind of technique.

I call it Reality weaving, and to accomplish it you have to have good energy control, which can be accomplished through OBE's and travel on the Astral plane.

the technique I describe here is simple but it takes a lot of concentration and focus over long periods of time for it to work.

first you must relax and get into a calm state of mind, clear your mind of all thoughts and focus on gathering the energy (or Chi in Asian beliefs) around you, there is energy in every thing even the air, all you have to do is take a bit of energy from everything and you will get a lot out of it.

next after you have gathered sufficient amounts of energy you have to tell it what you want it to do, this is the hard part because it takes a lot of control to program energy with a specific task. first picture the energy flowing around your body, like water, have it flow to your fingertips, to your toes, and then into your hands.

now picture it forming between your hands, once you have done this your next task is to picture what you want it to do, what do you want to make reality change to do.

after you have figured this out, concentrate only on this thought, first timers should pick something simple and short as it's easier to focus on.

keep doing this until the energy seems to change, when it feels... Different you are ready for the next step.

finally release the energy in a wave around you, it infuses with everything and begins making the changes you asked of it.

you can do this both in the physical plain and the astral plain... though it's easier on the astral plain.

remember it takes many attempts before what you want begins to take shape so it doesn't happen overnight, also be careful what you change as it can have a kind of ripple effect of both positive and negative consequences.

This was a great post here by leo., and I just wanted to add a bit of my own
description about how i visualize this aura of energy which surrounds my body
once I have created it. But think of this energy sorta like water currents or wind
currents that surround your body, with little swirls and eddies here and there.
I like to also think of this energy similar to a closed electrical circuit . The energy
will surround your body fully with no breaks in the flow,
But much like the wind,
this energy it still light and it can easily be directed by you with a little
conscious effort and will power. But first try moving these currents of energy to
different parts of your body. You will know right away if you were successful as
you will clearly feel the added energy to where ever you have directed it.
