12000 years old high technologize culture

at a conversation with leo in a chatroom he showed me a site which says that there was a high technologize culture here on earth. At this site were mentioned that they had atomic bombs too and maybe some other technologies. This site also quotes 6.5k years old texts which talks about phenomena which sounds similar to atomic explosions.
Some days ago i also read an interesting article about diseases which the humans got from animals and this text said than most deathly diseases are less than 12k years old, furthermore i found in some research that the climate got colder 12k years ago, a possible reason can be the pollution which this cuture made or a war which clouded the earth with smoke.
Another indication is that America got settled about 16k to 12k years ago.

You must remember that there is a lot of controversy and misconstrued information so take things with only half of what you read, and do lots of research... other than that though it's possible, considering how much time has passed for traces of such a civilization to have vanished, and of course there is some evidence, though it's not conclusive as of yet.

I know that al this is maybe wrong and that all is wrong interpretation, but there are to many indication to be complete wrong, i think that there was a culture wich was maybe as civiliest as we are now and that there was a deadly diseas which killed the most knowledge person of this cultrue or that the story have a true core at least
