First Steps ( Step # 2 ) - Levels of lucidity
Hey everyone Big Grin
Im going to be starting my second in depth posting today concerning more content
and methodology to help 'others" obtain the ability to do some of this stuff you
have been reading about in the forums. im going to entitle these posts in a
series of posts i call "first steps"..
So in this second post in this series in which im going to try the best i can to
give people some type of direction and order to all of this content-
i want to discuss a bit about the levels of lucidity..
the following discussion does assume you have a base level understanding of
what exactly this "lucidity" is , which we refer to so much in these forums.
LEVELS OF LUCIDITY
First off..,
Most people already have at least the lesser levels or 'subtle levels" as i refer
to them, of lucidity without even realizing it.. Best is to give an example:
take dreams either of dieing or really in any dream where one could potentially
suffer some bodily harm.. And i will state some levels of degree of lucidity
as one sleeps-
Stated in the first person-
Lowest levels -
" I'm still afraid, but something tells me , that in the end things
may end up ok with this .. "
A bit higher level -
" this seems kinda scary but it doesn't look like this can
actually harm me in any way "
Moderate level -
" i think this is a dream and no harm will come to me ."
Moderately high level -
" I know this is a dream and no harm will come to me ! "
High level -
" this doesn't look good here so i will either end this dream or change
this dream to something else"
Highest levels-
" i will analyze these dreams while dreaming , find out what my fears
are and confront them.. and than i affirm to eliminate these fears
from my life !! "..
Anyways, i hope this detailed example helps others understand the different
levels of lucidity and how they may work in the "dream realm"..
